Workflow, access, and reporting support

I cannot access my account.

Send your name, organization, email address, and a screenshot of the issue if available.

I do not see the correct dashboard or menu.

This is usually related to user role setup. Include the page you expected to see and your role.

A request or workflow is not moving forward.

Share the request name or identifier and describe where the item is currently stuck.

I need help with reports or visibility.

Tell us which report you are using, the date range, and what result you expected.

Event, upload, and mobile support

I cannot create or join an event.

Include the event code, device type, and any message shown on screen.

My photos are not uploading.

Confirm that camera or photo library permissions were granted. Include the event code and a screenshot if the issue continues.

I cannot see uploaded photos.

Tell us whether the photo was uploaded from the camera or photo library and whether the event is still active.

The app is not working correctly on my phone.

Include the device model, operating system version, and what happened right before the issue occurred.
